We had Eleazar and his crew do a number of projects including fixing a fence, damaged vinyl flooring, textured paint, painting the kitchen cabinets, patching/painting damaged plaster, and fixing old tile. Every single item was done perfectly, quickly, and at a reasonable price. He and his crew were so friendly and professional. Will absolutely being hiring him in the future and recommend without hesitation!

Eleazar Construction brought our wooden deck back to life! We needed several deck boards replaced, a power wash and painting of the deck. The owner was very professional throughout the entire process. He let us know our options from the start and communicated everything well with very reasonable pricing. The team showed up when they said they would and the end result shows that they took special care in the work they did. We will definitely give them a call for our next project.

Eleazar and his team completed a job for us this spring. (And I just realized I never left a review!) They repaired the wall and ceiling of a room that were removed after a plumbing issue. They also retiled and replaced the toilet in the bathroom above. All of the work they provided was fantastic. Specifically, Eleazar had to retile around a very awkward area behind a radiator, matching his work to the existing tile in the rest of the bathroom. He was thorough, very professional, and got our bathroom back in working order. His team's work on the walls was also very well done. They seamlessly matched the existing walls, finishing the drywall installation in one day and coming back to sand after it dried. They also left the work area cleaner than they found it! Before finding Eleazar, I spent MANY weeks trying to schedule and work with a different company. When I called Eleazar for an estimate, he was one of the few companies (maybe the only) who actually picked up my initial call. Plus, his quote was way better than the first company. He scheduled the job within the week, and completed it in just a day and a half. Overall, we're very happy with the work they provided, and will definitely hire them for future jobs!

Work completed: Retrofit recessed lighting, bathroom exhaust fan, drywall repair. Second job Eleazar and his crew completed for us in the past 12mo. Will definitely hire again. Eleasir Portillo and his company did a fabulous renovation of the primary bath in our 90+ year old house. Eleazar Construction Services handled it all - demolition, framing, tile work, plumbing and electrical work, finish carpentry, and painting. This company has employees who specialize in one or more of these areas and each of them worked meticulously and skillfully on the renovation, as if they were working on their own home. The workmen showed up promptly each morning, were polite, and carefully cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Eleasir himself was present regularly on the job and performed some of the more intricate tile cutting. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product, and Eleasir’s price for his company’s labor and the materials supplied (we bought most of the materials ourselves) was quite reasonable. I enthusiastically recommend Eleazar Construction Services LLC to any one looking for a high quality company that delivers old world skills and a pride in workmanship that is often found lacking in other home improvement contractors. Eleazar Construction just completed our lower level renovation which included a complete renovation of our family room, new stairs, and a complete bathroom renovation. They were amazing to work with.
